Windows
1. Install TortoiseSVN
2. Go to https://hevc.hhi.fraunhofer.de/shvc
3. Use TortoiseSVN (Click on a folder with right mouse) to download https://hevc.hhi.fraunhofer.de/svn/svn_SHVCSoftware/tags/SHM-12.2/

4. Use visual studio 2015 community to compile.

5. Open the vc solution file.
